About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and commercially-minded AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, building, and implementing advanced AI agents, automations, and workflows across multiple client businesses, as well as enhancing our internal systems. Key Responsibilities

* Design & Build: Develop and implement AI agents, automations, and intelligent workflows from concept to deployment.

* System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems using APIs and modern AI infrastructure.

* LLM Expertise: Utilize and optimize large language models (LLMs), particularly Claude, for various applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of prompting techniques.

* Strategic Implementation: Work with multiple businesses to identify AI opportunities, strategize implementation, and deliver measurable improvements.

* Technical Execution: Provide hands-on technical expertise in AI development, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

* Internal Improvement: Continuously enhance internal systems and automation using AI technologies.

* Commercial Acumen: Apply a commercial mindset to all projects, ensuring AI solutions drive tangible business value.

What You'll Bring

* Strong IT / AI Background: Proven professional experience in Information Technology with a significant focus on Artificial Intelligence.

* Hands-on AI Building: Demonstrated personal experience in building and deploying AI agents, automations, and complex workflows.

* LLM Proficiency: Highly experienced with modern LLM ecosystems, particularly strong command of Claude.

* Technical Foundations: In-depth understanding of prompting, integrations, APIs, MCPs (Multi-Cloud Platforms, if relevant, otherwise clarify or remove if not critical), and general AI infrastructure.

* Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions that deliver commercial value.
