Booking Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

Logix BPO is a smart outsourcing company and business process outsourcing specialist based in Cebu City.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and punctual Customer Service Representative (CSR) with travel account experience to join our team. In this role, precision and customer service are essential. You will assist customers with inbound calls, email inquiries, and booking travel tickets, ensuring all reservations are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to travel bookings, schedules, and inquiries
  • Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
  • Book and manage travel reservations including tours, transfers, and tickets (such as buses or similar services)
  • Enter bookings into the internal booking system accurately
  • Confirm reservations through external partner systems
  • Verify booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide excellent customer service while resolving booking issues or concerns
  • Manage multiple bookings and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Travel Account, including booking or travel operations
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in email communication and booking platforms
  • Experience handling ticket reservations, scheduling, or dispatch systems is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
  • Communication: Professional email etiquette, strong verbal communication, and a customer-care mindset
