Job Title: Onboarding Specialist (Guesty)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience onboarding short-term rental properties in Guesty, managing OTA integrations, and ensuring listings are accurately configured and successfully activated across multiple booking channels.
This role is primarily responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new properties within the Guesty Property Management System (PMS), including listing setup, channel distribution, troubleshooting activation issues, and maintaining accurate onboarding records. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure properties are activated efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Onboarding & Guesty Administration
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new short-term rental properties within Guesty PMS.
- Configure and verify all property information, including descriptions, amenities, pricing structures, policies, house rules, check-in instructions, and property settings.
- Ensure all required property data is accurate, complete, and compliant with OTA requirements before activation.
- Perform updates, corrections, and ongoing maintenance of property information within Guesty as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure onboarding accuracy and consistency.
OTA Listing Activation & Distribution
- Execute the end-to-end activation process of new listings across designated OTA channels, including:
- Airbnb
- VRBO
- Booking.com
- VacayHome Connect
- Hopper
- Google Vacation Rentals
- Verify successful publication and synchronization of listings across all connected channels.
- Ensure listing content, photos, amenities, pricing, and property settings meet channel-specific requirements.
Channel Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve listing publication failures, synchronization issues, and channel distribution errors.
- Diagnose onboarding and activation issues, including but not limited to:
- Missing mandatory content or photos
- Incorrect amenity mappings
- Invalid pricing configurations
- Address verification issues
- OTA-specific compliance requirements
- Implement corrective actions within Guesty to ensure successful listing activation and channel connectivity.
Workflow Management & Reporting
- Track onboarding progress and activation status using HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM as the single source of truth.
- Provide regular onboarding status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Escalate onboarding blockers, risks, or delays as appropriate.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Follow established onboarding workflows, SOPs, and operational best practices.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving onboarding procedures.
- Identify recurring onboarding challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Provide structured feedback to the Technology Operations team to improve data standards, onboarding workflows, and channel publishing processes.
Required Qualifications:
Must-Have Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience onboarding short-term rental properties in Guesty PMS.
- Proven experience managing the complete property onboarding lifecycle from setup to OTA activation.
- Strong experience configuring listings, property settings, amenities, pricing, photos, and channel integrations within Guesty.
- Demonstrated experience activating and publishing listings across major OTAs.
- Experience troubleshooting Guesty onboarding issues, channel connectivity problems, and listing publication errors.
- Strong understanding of short-term rental operations and OTA listing requirements.
- Experience maintaining onboarding documentation, workflows, and operational processes.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Guesty PMS.
- Experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Hopper, and VacayHome Connect.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a short-term rental property management company.
- Experience with channel management systems and OTA integrations.
- Experience creating or improving onboarding SOPs and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with property management automation tools and integration platforms.
Pay: Php300.00 - Php430.00 per hour
