Accounts Payable Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
• Prepare and process payment runs (check, bank transfer, etc.)
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper filing of AP documents (digital and physical)
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing concerns
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
