The E-commerce & Growth Lead will own all online sales and digital commercial performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and future brand websites. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, platform performance, campaign execution and conversion.
The ideal candidate must think like a business owner and be accountable for sales, profitability and commercial execution.
Key responsibilities include managing the e-commerce portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
- Manage Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores
- Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion and campaign performance
- Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images and reviews
- Ensure all SKUs are live, accurate and in stock
- Campaign Planning
- Lead all platform campaigns including payday, double-digit sales and mega campaigns
- Create bundles, vouchers, gifts-with-purchase and pricing strategies
- Coordinate campaign calendars with Trade Marketing and Content teams
Performance Marketing
- Manage platform ads, sponsored products and paid traffic
- Monitor return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost and conversion rate
- Work with Content team to identify best-performingcreatives and messaging
Commercial Planning
- Recommend pricing strategies and product priorities
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions
- Identify top-selling SKUs and weak-performing products
- Forecast online demand together with Operations team
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
o Sales
o Conversion
o Traffic
o Campaign performance

o Inventory risks
Qualifications:
1. Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
2. Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in e-commerce
o Strong working relationship with 3rd party enablers and other external suppliers
o 3-6 years experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or online sales
o Strong experience managing Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop
o Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG or retail is preferred
3. Skills:
o Strong understanding of platform ads, vouchers, bundles and conversion
tactics
o Highly analytical and commercially minded
o Strong Excel and reporting skills
o Proficiency in e-commerce tools and resources
o Fast-moving and hands-on
o Strong ownership mentality
o Data-driven, must be obsessed with conversion and sales
o Comfortable working in a fast-growing business environment
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
