IT Support Specialist

Earn 700 Php per hour! We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Time IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and robust systems administration for our valued client.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and other SaaS applications.

* Perform systems administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system configuration within cloud environments.

* Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

* Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles.

* Collaborate with team members to implement new solutions and improve existing IT infrastructure.

* Proactively monitor systems to identify and address potential problems before they impact users.

Qualifications:

* Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration roles.

* Microsoft 365 Expertise: Solid knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).

* Azure Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience with Azure services, including user management and basic resource administration.

* SharePoint Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting SharePoint environments.

* SaaS Application Support: Experience supporting a variety of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.

* Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach to detail.

* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

* Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time, 40-hour work week.
