Earn 400 PHP/hour working 20 hours remotely as a Part-Time Social Media Manager. We're looking for an experienced professional to elevate our client's online presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, fostering engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Setup & Optimization: Professionally set up and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages (including full LinkedIn profile development).

* Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop engaging posts, stories, and videos for various platforms using tools like CapCut.

* Audience Growth & Engagement: Implement strategies to grow and strengthen the client's social media presence and network.

* Community Management: Provide regular updates, actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages across all platforms.

* Network Communications: Draft and send professional emails and messages to the client's network, participants, and contacts.

* Follow-ups & Organization: Conduct timely follow-ups and assist in organizing meetings and communications.

* Performance Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide insights on content performance and audience engagement.

* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media accounts for businesses, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

* Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms, including content creation tools like CapCut.

* Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.

* Excellent Communication: Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging content and professional correspondence.

* Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communication streams.

* Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of previous social media management work is highly regarded.
