Full job description
1. College Graduate; must have at least finished a four (4) year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any business-related courses; or at least 2-3 years relevant working experience in the customer service industry.
2. Ability and willingness to create a strong sense of teamwork, or drive for results/improvements, and organizational cohesiveness.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good presentation and public speaking skills.
5. Must be able to multi task with a strong sense of urgency to meet the customer needs.
6. Must be capable of working any shifts, on-call, overtime, or seven days a week, travel needed.
7. Ability to plan and direct the work of personnel and to train and develop an effective workforce.
8. Can start as soon as possible.
