Program Overview
Stone & Pebble Group is offering On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities for students in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related fields who want real-world experience in a fast-growing café brand.
This program provides hands-on exposure to marketing, sales support, customer engagement, and business operations within an active hospitality environment.
Participants will work directly with management and gain practical skills rarely taught in classrooms.
Key Learning Areas
1. Marketing Execution
- Assisting in social media content planning and posting
- Responding to online enquiries and customer messages
- Supporting promotions, events, and in-store campaigns
- Basic exposure to branding and digital marketing tools
2. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Helping the team with front-of-house customer interaction
- Supporting upselling, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Observing daily sales flow and customer behaviour
- Assisting in event and group booking coordination
3. Business & Administrative Skills
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Supporting basic data tracking and documentation
- Learning real café cost structure, pricing, and operations
- Exposure to entrepreneurial decision-making

Ideal Candidates
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, or related course

- Able to complete school-required OJT hours in Cebu City
