Full job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with various disciplines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and supporting project controls and reporting.

Major responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors for progress updates.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • 4. Generate weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • 5. Support planning during tender and execution phases.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project planning in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
