Associate Product Support Engineer

Job Description: To provide technical support to internal and external customers. Execute project management activities during pre-sales, project plans, project implementations, after sales, and services as defined by technology management and customer service management. Responsible to secure, maintain, support, operate, and manage the availability of electrical facilities of the company.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in UPS maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Hands-on experience in electrical and electronic troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering schematic diagrams
• Strong technical report writing and comprehension skills
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do fieldworks & okay with rotational schedule
