Job Description:
- Review and verify the accuracy of Air Waybills (AWB) by matching physical documents with system records prior to cargo release.
- Handle refund requests in line with company policies and procedures, when applicable.
- Address customer inquiries received via phone calls and in-person visits.
- Assist walk-in clients, delivering prompt and professional service.
- Facilitate cargo release to customers, ensuring complete and proper documentation and authorization.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding shipments and related services.
Job Qualifications:
- At least college-level education.
- Previous experience in logistics is an advantage, though not required.
- Willing and able to work at the specified branch location.
- Capable of lifting small cargo items.
