DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all submittals/reports/documents are transmitted within the day
- Do official banking as required, check encashment, payment of bills etc.
- Do collection of checks from clients on a weekly basis
- Deliver invoices within the week
- Keeps an Itinerary record of all submittals/reports/documents and should be signed by clients and submitted to Admin at the end of the day
- Liaise to any government agencies (SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig, City Hall, Philhealth, Brgy. Office) to submit monthly reports (contributions/payment of salary loans)
- Liaise to different companies to submit deliverables etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance of company car, which includes weekly cleaning and maintains a vehicle logbook/record of preventive maintenance of the vehicle
- Make sure that company car is in good running condition
- Do driving works for President, VP’s, Manager’s and any employee who needs their services and make sure to practice all safety measures to transport the passenger to their destination.
- Assist in office clerical works (photocopying, binding of documents)
- Assist in keeping the office premises clean and tidy
- Assist in doing pantry chores (mop the floor, clean tables, clean male/female comfort room etc.)
- Replenish mineral water at the pantry area
- Replace damaged light bulbs, doorknobs etc.
- Assist in transferring of computers when necessary
- Liaise with office assistant in buying OT food for overtime employees.
- Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School/College Graduate
- Must possess a professional drivers license
- Knows the in & out of Metro Manila
- Industrious, approachable and can easily get instructions
- Know his/her job well
- Hardworking
