About the Role
We are seeking a driven and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
You will work closely with both employees and leadership to cultivate a positive work environment while ensuring that HR processes are executed efficiently and aligned with company standards and labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to overall employee experience and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and secure top talent
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Administer HR functions related to leave and performance management
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related matters
- Support employee relations activities, including handling disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
- Monitor HR trends and recommend improvements to enhance existing processes
- Coordinate performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback cycles
- Provide support for procurement and purchasing tasks, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HRIS or similar systems is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Willingness to handle procurement or purchasing-related responsibilities
- Open to working flexible schedules, including midshift or night shift
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations preferred
