About the Role
We are seeking a driven and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will work closely with both employees and leadership to cultivate a positive work environment while ensuring that HR processes are executed efficiently and aligned with company standards and labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to overall employee experience and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and secure top talent
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Administer HR functions related to leave and performance management
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and HR-related matters
  • Support employee relations activities, including handling disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
  • Monitor HR trends and recommend improvements to enhance existing processes
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback cycles
  • Provide support for procurement and purchasing tasks, including coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with HRIS or similar systems is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Willingness to handle procurement or purchasing-related responsibilities
  • Open to working flexible schedules, including midshift or night shift

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations preferred
