Position: ESL Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate courses for non-native English speakers.
• Utilize diverse activities and methods, supported by AI tools, to enhance students' speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Create individualized educational plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Evaluate student progress through homework assignments and assessments, with AI-powered grading assistance.
• Build positive relationships with parents and collaborate with fellow teachers, utilizing AI-based resources, to support student development.
• Foster a calm and positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth, with the aid of AI-driven feedback and personalized learning recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ESL teacher, delivering effective language instruction.
• Strong command of the English language, including speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any field.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials, incorporating AI-based learning elements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and patient demeanor with a passion for education and English language teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Contract length: 1-12 months

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
