Warehouse Staff

• Ensures to report any defects or variances encountered in the delivery of suppliers.
• Ensures to monitor all incoming delivery are receive on time or within the lead time
• Ensures that complete delivery documents are timely endorse to Purchasing Team for MIRO.
• Monitors physical movement of materials used in the production and ensures proper recording of materials requested.
• Responsible for filing and storage of warehouse copy of documents such as sales invoice and delivery receipt.
• Perform actual inventory of all raw materials stored inside warehouse area.
• Ensure that temperature monitoring inside warehouse area are updated.
• Strictly implement / follow the Logistics and Warehousing procedure.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse area.
• Performs other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any business related course
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications; knowledge in SAP is an advantage but not required
• Can communicate well in English, both oral and written
• Can accomplish tasks with less supervision and follow work instructions and procedures all the time
• Can lift light to moderately heavy items
• Experience or training in forklift operation is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
