Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound communication
Promote products and services based on customer needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer experience
Handle objections professionally and effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Tier 3 Communication Skills)
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
