Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training, refresher training, sales upskilling sessions, and continuous learning programs
- Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, or hybrid training sessions focused on sales performance and product knowledge
- Develop, update, and improve training materials, presentations, assessments, sales scripts, and process guides
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to improve sales effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, conversion metrics, and KPI performance
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, HR, and Sales teams to align training programs with business and sales objectives
- Ensure trainees understand company policies, client processes, products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
- Track attendance, training progress, and completion reports
- Identify performance and sales gaps, and recommend action plans for improvement
- Support nesting, transition, floor support, and post-training activities when needed
- Stay updated on process changes, sales strategies, tools, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning Specialist, Coach, Sales Trainer, or related role
- Strong background in sales, outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer acquisition
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience facilitating classroom or virtual training sessions
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand discussions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling sales KPIs, coaching, and performance improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Amenable to work onsite, hybrid, or shifting schedules if required
- Bachelor’s degree in any field required
Good-to-Haves
- Experience in BPO, sales, customer service, lead generation, telco, SaaS, insurance, or healthcare accounts
- Background in outbound sales or sales-driven campaigns
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience creating training decks, e-learning modules, call guides, or SOP documentation
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, or multimedia tools
- Background in QA, operations, sales coaching, or performance management
- Experience handling international accounts (US, UK, AU, etc.)
- Data analysis and reporting skills for sales and training performance metrics
- Certifications in training, facilitation, coaching, or sales are an advantage
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
