Tele-Verification Officer

The work of the Verification Officer includes (but are not limited to):

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Credit & Verification Officer will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing credit applications to determine the creditworthiness of the borrowers based upon pre-established credit policies and procedures in Cash Mart Asia Lending Inc.’s New Accounts department. The Documentation & Compliance Officer will utilize all means of probing system, on-line and offline tools to analyze information on applications, and credit bureau files to aide in the verification and approval process along with requesting any additional information when appropriate to complete the investigation of the credit application.

B. JOB RESPOSIBILITIES/DUTIES

· Ensure integrity of all data and process inputs.

· Responsible for review of approval, determination and verification of due diligence to ensure loan will be closed in accordance with approval as well as preparation or coordination of preparation of appropriate loan documentation for new, renewal, & modification of loans. Independently identifies and manages vendor and documentation risk.

· Order necessary documents and follow-up with enquiries to obtain in timely manner.

· Manage pipeline of loans within required performance standards for welcome, approval and status calls.

· Obtain and review customer documents, and clear conditions commensurate with authority level.

· Submit loans for conditional review and full approval.

· Exceed customer expectations by providing highest level of customer service.

· Maintain monthly performance measurements: Timeliness, production goals, compliance/regulatory, and customer satisfaction.

· Guarantee on time closing by completing all required pre-closing steps; preparing file for closer within required performance standards.

· Provide strong assistance to directors/COO/CFO when required

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
