Brand Ambassador (Roadside Program)

Are you a composed, empathetic communicator who thrives in high-stakes situations? Join our team as a Brand Ambassador, where you will be the lifeline for customers in need of real-time roadside assistance.

This isn't just a support role—it’s about accountability, precision, and human connection when it matters most.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Brand Ambassador, you will oversee every aspect of a roadside service request, ensuring a seamless journey from the first "hello" to the final tow. You will manage cases in real-time across Chat, Phone, and SMS (via our integrated client platform).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Support: Provide inbound and outbound assistance to customers, service providers, and partners.
  • Case Management: Create and manage cases accurately through the system.
  • Information Integrity: Gather and validate critical service details, including special vehicle requirements, to ensure the right provider is assigned the first time.
  • Proactive Resolution: Resolve system alerts immediately and maintain detailed, actionable notes for every case.
  • Stakeholder Synergy: Keep the Customer, Partner, and Provider updated in real-time via voice and digital channels.
  • Data Security: Ensure the absolute privacy and security of all customer information.

Who You Are

We are looking for professionals who don't just follow a script but truly own the customer experience.

  • Empathetic & Composed: You maintain a calm, compassionate demeanor even during high-intensity or emergency calls.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every bit of data is accurate for compliance and service success.
  • Process-Driven: You have a strong ability to follow complex workflows and adapt to changing program requirements.
  • Communicator: You possess excellent conversational English skills (B2/C1 level) and can navigate multi-channel tools simultaneously.

Success Criteria

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • High accuracy in case documentation and alert resolution.
  • Providing a smooth, high-empathy experience that reflects the brand values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably handling a roadside assistance account or a similar line of business.
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule, including rotational shifts.
