With multiple branch openings planned across Metro Manila and key cities throughout the Philippines, we are seeking ambitious and talented individuals who aspire to become future retail leaders.
Position Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of store operations, sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff development, inventory management, and implementation of company standards.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key leader in future branch expansion projects.
Work Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and evaluate store personnel.
- Monitor store KPIs and operational performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Implement visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or specialty retail.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Professional appearance with a pleasing personality and strong executive presence.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Well-groomed and capable of representing the company's brand image and values professionally.
- Willing to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
