About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to one of our valued construction clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries and taking messages with professionalism.
* Handle email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems.
* Assist with preparing basic reports and presentations as needed.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Provide general administrative support to the construction team, improving operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a remote setting.
* Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
* Organizational Prowess: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Remote Ready: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office environment.
* Availability: Ability to consistently work 20 hours per week during standard business hours (e.g., Australian Eastern Standard Time or Philippine Standard Time, depending on client need).
