About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to oversee and support a team of Virtual Assistants servicing US-based clients. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, monitoring productivity, and ensuring that both team and client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Virtual Assistants supporting various US-based clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Monitor team attendance, productivity, quality, and KPI performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely resolution to employee and client concerns.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, and Client Success teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and provide performance insights to management.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Team Leader, Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience in a BPO, Virtual Assistant, or outsourcing environment.
  • Proven experience managing remote teams, customer service teams, administrative teams, or Virtual Assistants.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience handling performance management, attendance management, and employee development.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work onsite and on a graveyard shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting US-based clients.
  • Experience managing Virtual Assistants across various industries.
  • Exposure to workforce management, quality assurance, recruitment support, or client-facing operations.
  • Experience handling multiple accounts or departments.
