About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is primarily focused on guest services and front desk operations, while assisting with light administrative and technical tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries
- Coordinate airport shuttle schedules and housekeeping for smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions, payments, and basic accounting accurately
- Respond to calls, messages, and booking platform inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily front desk operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service, or similar role(or relevant education / OJT experience)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hospitality-minded with a guest-first approach
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and basic software
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with hotelsystems or OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.)
- Ability to respond professionally to guest reviews (Google, OTAs)
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic IT - Knows how to turn on a PC, operate a printer, plug a powercord, send emails, troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Business or basic website/social media updates is a plus
