Full job description
1. College Graduate with a 4-year degree preferably in Computer Science and Information Technology.
2. Relevant experience as an IT Technical Support for at least 3 years.
3. Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and a basic understanding of Windows Server. Familiarity with macOS is a plus.
4. Hardware Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix issues with desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other peripherals.
5. Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of core concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
6. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to logically diagnose an issue, research solutions, and resolve it efficiently.
7. Network Architecture Understanding: Basic knowledge of how fiber optics integrated with larger networks.
8. Must be flexible to work on a rotating shifts basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
