Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate
- Experience in utility or messenger duties is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in basic delivery and office support tasks
- Physically fit and capable of multitasking
- With good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends, if needed
- Willing to work Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
Job Description:
- Deliver messages and items, such as documents, and packages.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, (glass door and windows, blinds). Maintain cleanliness of the office including unit 901, especially the pantry and storage area.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Monitor office security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances used to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, as instructed.
- Notify the AVP-HR & Admin Department concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Department Head from time to time.
