Accounting & Admin Associate

Company: Modernbrands Inc.

Work Location: Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City (Landmark: Along Del Monte & D. Tuazon near Munoz, Banawe, Mayon, G. Roxas & Balintawak)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Admin Associate to support the daily accounting and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be reliable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties

  • Assist in preparation and processing of accounting documents and reports
  • Monitor and record daily financial transactions
  • Prepare vouchers, liquidation reports, and petty cash monitoring
  • Assist in billing, collections, and accounts payable/receivable monitoring
  • Maintain organized accounting files and records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting concerns
  • Support government compliance and documentation when needed

Administrative Duties

  • Handle filing, documentation, and office records management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
  • Monitor office supplies and process purchase requests
  • Support HR and other departments in administrative tasks
  • Answer inquiries and provide general office support
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in accounting and administrative work is an advantage
