Full job description

  • Review electrical plans, layouts, and schematics
  • Supervise installation of electrical systems (power, lighting, grounding, etc.)
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with PEC, local building codes, and safety regulations
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, civil/mechanical engineers, and contractors
  • Inspect electrical works on-site and ensure quality standards
  • Assist in securing permits and approvals from LGUs and other agencies

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • With at least 5 years relevant experience (design, construction and maintenance)
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
  • Familiarity with power systems, generators, UPS, and control panels
  • Knowledge in CCTV operations an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site (Las Piñas) and under minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
