Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products or services..
- Address customer concerns professionally and work to find quick, effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer information, orders, and interactions in the company’s system.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, refunds, or exchanges.
