Full job description

Role: Administrative Assistant (PART-TIME)

Work Hours: 2:00PM to 6:30PM (Weekdays w/ 30 min break)

Who We Are:
5Dots is a wholesale fruits and vegetables company based in Manila. We supply goods to restaurants and commissaries all over Metro Manila.

What You'll Do:

  • Collections: Contact our wholesale clients via phone, viber, and email to collect due invoices for all fulfilled orders
  • Temporary Coverage: You will act as a temporary replacement for our other Administrative Assistant when they are on leave, ensuring our daily operations continue without interruption.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative duties such as managing correspondence and organizing digital files.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with Google Suites (Sheets, Docs)
  • 1 year of work experience (preferably in bookkeeping or collections)
  • Team player mentality and willing to learn
