Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Driving

  • Safely transport executives, VIPs, and guests to scheduled destinations.
  • Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic, weather, and security concerns.
  • Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival for appointments and events.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other transportation needs.
  • Drive defensively and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.

Executive Protection

  • Provide close protection to the assigned executive during official travel, meetings, and public appearances.
  • Conduct risk assessments before travel and identify potential security threats.
  • Monitor surroundings and maintain situational awareness at all times.
  • Coordinate with building security, event organizers, and local authorities when necessary.
  • Respond appropriately during emergencies, security incidents, or medical situations.

Vehicle Management

  • Maintain assigned vehicles in excellent operating condition.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and regular servicing.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness inside and out.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintain transportation logs.

Security Responsibilities

  • Inspect travel routes and destination areas for potential security risks.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding executive schedules, travel plans, and personal information.
  • Escort executives during official engagements when required.
  • Assist in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Report suspicious activities immediately.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate trip records and mileage logs.
  • Prepare incident and security reports when necessary.
  • Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate travel logistics with executive assistants and administrative staff.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
