Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant OJT will assist the Inventory Team in monitoring, organizing, recording, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, documentation, and coordination with other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting physical inventory and stock counting.
  • Help monitor incoming and outgoing stocks.
  • Assist in checking and recording inventory movements and transactions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory documents, reports, and records.
  • Encode inventory data accurately into spreadsheets or the company’s inventory system.
  • Assist in reconciling physical stock with inventory records.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or excess stocks to the supervisor.

Pay: Php250.00 - Php300.00 per day
