Basic Functions:
- Tagging and Assessment
- Agent will watch videos of patients with dementia and Alzheimer using the client's platform and tag or validate if the patient indeed fall or not
- Agent is expecteed to watch as many videos as possible. Video is around 1 minute.
- They will watch videos and assess the severity of the fall. The time when it happened and the arrival of the assistance.
- He/She will also recommend possible injury caused by the fall and write a narrative of the event.
