We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Clinical Nurse Liaison to support our U.S.- based healthcare partners. This role is ideal for clinically trained professionals who are comfortable working remotely and communicating directly with healthcare providers.

Position Summary

This role functions as a clinical liaison and primary contact for our customer service hotline. This role requires a licensed clinical professional who can confidently understand and communicate medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and laboratory testing information.

Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to ensure service requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and service requests from healthcare partners
• Serve as a liaison between providers, internal teams, and mobile diagnostic staff
• Interpret and communicate medical terminology related to laboratory and imaging services
• Demonstrate working knowledge of common laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
• Triage requests appropriately and ensure timely coordination and resolution
• Accurately document all interactions and service details in internal systems
• Maintain professionalism and service excellence in all communications
• Identify issues proactively and escalate when clinically or operationally necessary
• Track requests to completion to ensure continuity and follow-through

Required Qualifications

• Active or previous RN or LVN license (clinical background required)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Familiarity with diagnostic imaging services and common laboratory testing
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional healthcare interactions
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous patient-facing, care coordination, or healthcare customer service experience
• Experience supporting U.S.- based healthcare providers or healthcare systems
• Background in clinical operations, care coordination, or utilization management
• Full-time availability preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php237.34 - Php296.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
