Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Buying & Inventory Manager for a fast-paced e-commerce business based in the US.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience specifically with Finale Inventory and ShipStation in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
• Extreme Detail-Orientation: You are the person who finds the one-cent discrepancy in a $50,000 invoice.
• High-Speed Efficiency: You work fast, you think fast, and your Google Sheets skills are elite.
• Common Sense: You have the "logistics brain" to see a delay in China and immediately calculate the ripple effect on our California inventory.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Zero-Error Inventory & Systems Mastery

• The "First Time Right" Rule: You are the architect of our inventory accuracy. You ensure that products never incorrectly show as "Out of Stock." You manage the sync between Finale Inventory, ShipStation, and our CRM so perfectly that data mismatches simply do not happen.
• System Integrity: You don't just "use" these tools; you own them. You must ensure the digital inventory in Finale matches the physical reality of what is being shipped out through ShipStation at all times.
• Google Sheets Power User: You must be incredibly quick and efficient in Sheets. We don't have time for manual entry errors; you must use formulas and clean formatting to track data at lightning speed.

2. Logistics & Tactical Buying

• Strategic Shipping: You own the decision-making for Air vs. Boat freight. You manage these costs aggressively, ensuring we only use premium shipping when the math justifies it—never because of a planning mistake.
• Calculated Risk: You use Finale to calculate exact reorder points. You understand the "sweet spot" of maintaining stock without killing cash flow through over-ordering.

3. Fulfillment & Supply Chain Liaison

• Domestic Fulfillment: You are the primary contact for our domestic warehouse. You track every ETA, manage the inbound queue, and ensure they are ready to receive and ship the moment goods arrive.
• Outbound Oversight: You monitor the pulse of outgoing orders daily via ShipStation. If a shipment is stalled, you identify and clear the bottleneck before it impacts a customer.

Pay: Php58,000.00 - Php62,000.00 per month
