ARCHITECT APPRENTICESHIP

  • Prepares plans and documents necessary for the schematic, design development, and contract documents phases of a project
  • Reviews and monitors submittals from design consultants, contractors, construction managers, and other concerned parties for the assigned project/s.
  • Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives
  • Well-versed in high-end residential, commercial, recreational and industrial developments
  • Has knowledge and experience in project management

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Required skills: AutoCad, Google SketchUp, Lumion/VRay, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Applicants must be willing to go to site visits
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in high-end residential/commercial construction (Junior Architect)
  • Full-time position(s) available
