In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. As an integral part of our team, you will provide enterprise-level assistance, drawing upon your comprehensive expertise in computer software, hardware, internet applications, networks, and operating systems.

We are a fast-growing company looking for a Support Engineer to join our support team and keep our clients happy!

Job Responsibilities

  • Support several high end retail stores by answering calls and email issues from clients
  • Actively listen to clients’ issues to identify and understand the root cause of their technical difficulties.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to the job and customer service
  • Applying your technical expertise to analyze and diagnose complex issues across computer software, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
  • Provide remote assistance to clients by guiding them through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures or accessing their systems for hands-on resolution.
  • Determining the severity of issues and escalating critical problems to appropriate internal teams or higher-level support when necessary.
  • Ensuring clients satisfaction by delivering exceptional service resolving their issue.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, and actively seeking feedback to improve support processes.
  • Comply with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Follow up with clients to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.

Education: Associate or BS Degree in Information Technology, or other relevant courses & certifications

Monthly Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 including monthly allowance

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 3+ years in customer support, technical support, or familiarity with support tickets
  • Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills of the English language to interact effectively with clients and team members. (French speaking a plus)
  • Phone etiquette, active listener, and excellent oral communication
  • Confident providing product knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines promptly.
  • Understanding of computer systems and networks
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical management and computer hardware/software systems
  • Proficiency in computer networks, network administration, and network installation is a plus
  • Knowledge in Point of Sale system or in Bomgar remote is a plus
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise manage or ConnectWise automate (LabTech) is a plus
  • Passionate about technology
  • Willingness to explore new technologies definitely team player
  • Open to a flexible schedule is required
