The Superfund Cusp (SMSF Compliance Admin) is a cornerstone of our team, confidently managing Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) with clarity and assurance. This role is all about ensuring seamless ongoing management, and compliance of SMSFs, fueling our Future Fortress Division's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

This position strengthens our dedication to providing reliable and efficient SMSF admin services, boosting client satisfaction and driving our growth. We value transparency and direction, ensuring our clients feel confident every step of the way.

About the role:

  • Extract initial documents required in the preparation of annual accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client records in SharePoint, Karbon and BGL.
  • Uploading bank statements to BGL and doing initial reconciliations.
  • Answering queries from clients, third parties like auditors and team members
  • Send annual accounts package to clients for electronic signing.
  • Handover to auditor. · Lodgment of SMSF annual tax return.
  • Ensure audit invoice payments are directly debited from fund bank and paid to auditor by Hatcher.
  • Support team in follow ups as needed.

About you:

  • Must know Australian SMSF rules and regulations
  • At least 3 years of experience in Australian accounting and taxation
  • At least 2-3 years of admin experience
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can perform well under pressure
  • Must be detail oriented and meticulous
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Angeles office if you are residing in Pampanga

  • Australian accounting and taxation: 3 years (Required)
