We are actively and urgently looking for Senior Developers.

The right candidate must be a strategic thinker, collaborative partner, and a good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.

About the Client:

A small company that delivers solutions for automated systems. Currently, delivering their solutions to customers in Netherlands, they are preparing to scale up and grow horizontally (worldwide) and vertically (feature-wise). They work in an agile manner, keeping it simple and delivering in short bursts.

Responsibilities:

Building an automation system to streamline process
Must be communicative and transparent to the entire team, especially upper management.
Help hold the team members responsible in moving tasks forward with high quality.
Help keep multiple balls rolling (multi-tasking on different subjects).
Help to support the tech team in building best practices and moving forward.
Help to understand each team member’s needs and to positively grow each individual.
Must be able to know the latest technology trends and best-case scenarios to use new technologies.
Most importantly, must maintain a positive and team-working atmosphere

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
3-5 years of working experience as a Senior Developer
Expertise in C# XML, XML schemas, SQL, and SQL Server
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and the desire to move into a leadership role.
High level of personal integrity
Ability to work autonomously
Strong analytical skills
Preferably from or near Davao City, Philippines
