We are looking for a versatile Sales Associate to drive business growth through proactive lead generation and expert-led product demonstrations. This role bridges the gap between sales and engineering by designing tailored technical solutions and overseeing project coordination from initial proposal to final delivery. A Sales Associate serves as a key technical resource, ensuring our clients receive seamless support and high-quality service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients to introduce our solutions and schedule appointments for the sales engineering team.
Technical Consultation: Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations, focusing on technical specifications and customized solutions.
Technical Documentation: Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid meetings to generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), technical configurations, and sales proposals.
Market Feedback: Collect customer survey data to help the company continuously improve service and product positioning.

Project & Account Management

Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, subcontractors, and the sales team to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Stakeholder Updates: Provide the internal team with regular progress reports and oversee the fine details of project execution.

Technical Customer Care

Expert Support: Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and provide guidance on product specifications.
Quality Assurance: Verify the technical configuration of all orders to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and high-quality service standards.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND BACKGROUND:

Preferably holds an Electrical Engineering or relevant Bachelor’s degree
Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer
Previous experience working for competitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable with basic IT communications
Knowledgeable with Microsoft software operations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferably familiar with CRM software (i.e., Odoo)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
