We are looking for a Sales Admin to join our growing team at K-Array Philippines, a distributor of premium Italian audio solutions. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a structured yet creative environment.

- A dynamic, fast-paced workday supporting sales executives and customers.
- Handling documentation, order processing, and sales reports.
- Coordinating internally with logistics, accounting, and technical teams.
- Learning about world-class audio technology and helping share it with leading venues, architects, engineers, and designers.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like
Your day starts with reviewing emails and prioritizing tasks—perhaps following up with a client on a quotation, updating the CRM system, or coordinating a product demo. You’ll prepare order documents, update the sales team on inventory and delivery timelines, and assist in preparing materials for an upcoming trade show. In the afternoon, you may join a short huddle with the team, process purchase requests, and answer inquiries from prospects. Before the day ends, you’ll ensure reports and paperwork are in order and ready for the next day’s tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and follow up with clients.
- Monitor inventory levels related to client orders.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Support in the organization of product launches, events, and marketing activities.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Experience in B2B sales or audio/technology-related industries is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Required Systems and Software Knowledge
To be effective in this role, the Sales Admin should have working knowledge or familiarity with the following systems and tools:
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Odoo) - generating sales reports, preparing quotations, managing documents, creating client presentations, maintaining client records, tracking leads, supporting sales pipeline
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Accounting Software (SAP) - order entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and basic inventory tracking
- Email and Calendar Tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) - scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
- Document Management Tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint) - organizing and accessing sales-related files and templates
- Basic Graphic or Presentation Tools (a plus) (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or Keynote) - supporting sales proposals, marketing collateral, and event materials.
Training will be provided for internal systems and tools, but prior experience is a strong advantage.
Salary Range
Years of Experience Monthly Salary Range (PHP)
1–3 years (junior) ₱18,000 – ₱25,000
3–5 years (mid-level) ₱25,000 – ₱30,000

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
