Full job description

  • Assists the Supervisor to achieve smooth and efficient purchasing activities.
  • Coordinates with various suppliers regarding the specifications, quantity and target delivery schedule for the procurement requests of different end-users.
  • Negotiates the price for new request and prepares canvass sheet and submit recommendation to immediate superior for approval.
  • Prepares Purchase orders for all approved Purchase request.
  • Monitors the delivery schedule and verify the delivered items and ensure compliance to required specification prior acceptance.
  • Checks and receives delivered items and notify the end-user.
  • Submits all invoices for all delivered items to Accounting Team.
  • Prepares safekeeping of documents and contracts of the suppliers and ensures its confidentiality.
  • Conducts supplier audits as may be required from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
