KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Preparing status reports and other documentation.
  • Managing project files, keeping records of all communications, contracts, and agreements.
  • Develop, manage and maintain a database management system
  • Manage agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
  • File and update information systems/ monitoring
  • Organize and disseminate messages to the appropriate teams
  • Other tasks maybe assign form time to time by the immediate superiors
  • Receives and handles employee relations and concern mitigations

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Computer Literate (Proficiency in MS Software/Google Suites and Workspaces)
  • Proficient in English language and has good communication skills ( Written and Verbal)
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Have at least 1 year professional experience in an executive assistant role.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in management systems, office management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
