JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Implementation Consultant – NetSuite to lead the successful delivery of ERP solutions across client engagements. This role is responsible for executing and owning key components of implementations—from requirements validation and system configuration to deployment and post-go-live support.

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that requires a strong understanding of business processes, ERP workflows, and NetSuite capabilities, along with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP Delivery & Implementation

• Lead and execute NetSuite ERP implementations, including configuration, validation, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into functional system configurations and workflows
• Ensure solutions are aligned with business processes and best practices

Client Engagement & Requirements

• Work directly with clients to gather, validate, and refine requirements
• Provide functional guidance on ERP capabilities, workflows, and system usage
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support and execute system testing, UAT, and validation activities
• Ensure delivered solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards
• Identify gaps, issues, and risks, and drive timely resolution

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Produce clear and structured functional documentation, workflows, and configuration details
• Support knowledge transfer and user training to ensure successful adoption
• Maintain accurate project and system documentation

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Product teams
• Proactively manage assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Escalate risks and blockers with clear context and recommended solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• NetSuite Foundation Certification required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or SaaS delivery
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (preferred) or similar platforms
• Experience working in client-facing implementation environments

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and business processes
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Ability to create functional documentation and process flows
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
