Duties and Responsibilities

System Posting

• Creates Sales Orders (manual encoding) in the system
• Invoice approved Sale Orders and print to assigned external document series numbers
• Forward invoice SO to warehouse
• Posting of Van Sales (MCR)
• Encode and review prior to posting any customer returns or returns upon delivery
• Processes any approved stocks transfer requests (warehouse to vans (vise versa), good stocks to bad order, inter branch, good stocks to free goods (vise versa))
• Post Receiving Reports forwarded by Warehouse Specialist
• Invoice any inventory shortages
• Reconcile any variances system vs actual inventories
• Reconcile of all Vans system vs actual

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree, preferably computer science/information technology or equivalent.
• With fast-speed computer encoding.
• Troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Can work long hours with minimum supervision.
• No work experience is required.
