The Role in Action
As a Market Researcher, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by conducting in-depth research and analysis. Your work will drive strategic decision-making and product demand through a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate new market opportunities for our adhesive products beyond the woodworking and woodturning industries.
- Develop and implement effective research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.
- Gather and analyze data on market size, demographics, and customer needs to assess the viability of new markets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining research findings, market trends, and recommendations for new market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies for new markets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in market research.
Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of identifying and analyzing niche markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the adhesives industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, SPSS).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
