ROLE DESCRIPTION AND JOB EXPECTATIONS

Transportify is looking for a Customer Service Agent that is able to take our customer experience to the next level. They will be stationed on the front lines of an evolving company, solving customer issues, contributing to process improvement, and molding the entire customer experience. We're building something big, and we want your help.

Being a CS agent means you're going to be exposed to a lot of stressful and difficult conversations. However, it is expected that you're going to be highly emphatic, and be able to communicate professionally all the time. There are also a lot of areas where you can learn. The opportunity is going to be exciting and we hope you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and build your career with a company that's growing and changing daily.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS DURING PANDEMIC

The assigned office of the CS agent is Transportify’s head office in Ortigas, Pasig City. However, given the pandemic situation, CS agent will be on a "work-from-home" setup. except on days when in-person work is absolutely necessary. When it is deemed safe to return to the office, the company will revise the work location policies and the CS agent will be required to report to our office in Ortigas.
