YOUR ROLE

  • Write clear tickets based on team discussions, briefs, and input from channels like Discord, Telegram, Slack, and email
  • Manage and maintain the internal ticketing system, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and updating statuses regularly
  • Organise and track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams to help ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Prioritise tasks and workflow to maximise the overall utilization of the team and deliver projects in the most efficient manner
  • Ensure all requirements in a ticket are fulfilled and that outcomes are aligned with project goals
  • Support Directors by removing blockers and gathering information, raising issues early, and following up as needed
  • Assist with project coordination for ongoing initiatives, including content, PR campaigns, events, and media projects

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, QA, or agency operations
  • Demonstrates expertise in the use of online project management tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, or Monday
  • Has excellent organization, coordination and task management skills with strong attention to detail and an obsession with timelines and due dates.
  • Communicates clearly, asks questions, and takes ownership of assigned tasks
  • Is proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Thrives in structured systems, enjoys building processes, and loves checking things off
  • Is already playing Web3 games or collecting NFTs for the love of it, likely uses cryptocurrency or AI on a regular basis, and probably posts about it on X
