Business Development Associate

Cross Border Wealth (CBW) is seeking a client-focused Investment Sales Associate to support our team of Investment Advisors in driving new business and delivering exceptional service to existing clients. This role involves coordinating sales initiatives, preparing client materials, assisting with portfolio reviews, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and servicing.

The ideal candidate will have a sales-oriented mindset, and an ability to build client relationships in a fast-paced, regulated environment. CBW will provide training, an expansive database with qualified leads, and full administrative support. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Our business is highly specialized with very little competition, working with an underserved market.

Responsibilities:

• Support Investment Advisors in contacting prospective clients to introduce the firm, qualify leads, and schedule meetings
• Assist in executing sales strategies, tracking pipeline activity, and managing follow-ups with prospects
• Prepare for client meetings, including customized investment proposals, performance reports, and documentation
• Respond to client inquiries regarding account status, product information, transactions, and documentation
• Coordinate account openings, transfers, and ongoing servicing in collaboration with operations and compliance teams
• Maintain CRM and ensure accurate recordkeeping of client interactions and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams (investment management, marketing, operations) to support sales and client servicing initiatives
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in sales and/or client services
• Demonstrated client service and sales support skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft applications & CRM platforms (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Hubspot)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; FINRA licensing (Series 7/66 or local equivalent) preferred but not mandatory
• Phone sales experience

This is a sales role. Remuneration consists of salary and sales bonuses or revenue participation. Monthly remuneration in the first year should be 75k PHP to 100k PHP, with the expectation of increases annually.
