DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation and Meetings: Meet with prospective clients to present TalentView solutions specific to Communications and Engagement platforms. Creates presentation decks and collaterals aligned to the needs of the potential client. Records client inquiries, objections, next steps, etc. Lead qualifying via email or outbound calls.
  • Business Development: Understanding recruitment practices, HR technologies, and TalentView solutions to be a strategic client partner. Responsibilities include crafting tailored proposals and engaging in the full account closure process through calls, meetings, demos, and negotiations. Participation in networking events is essential for increasing TalentView's visibility. Collaboration with the marketing team ensures consistent external communication alignment. The role extends to preparing impactful business case studies, formulating service scope pricing strategies, and prioritizing lucrative business opportunities. Leveraging industry knowledge, the individual aligns unique selling propositions and facilitates post-sales training for optimal platform utilization.
  • Inside Sales: Execute targeted outbound outreach and follow-up campaigns to nurture warm and cold leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects in the sales funnel. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage pipeline activities, analyze lead conversion metrics, and identify opportunities for engagement. Proactively handle inbound inquiries, qualifying potential clients and aligning them with appropriate TalentView solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales messaging and drive conversion rates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Advertising, Communications or another related course
  • With two (2) to five (5) years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, customer-focused, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
