On-Site Work Set Up / Hybrid (Bacolod, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes in coordination with the CFO to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle renewals and administration of benefits packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the company's 401k program, including enrollment, contributions, and compliance.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure payroll and benefits expenses are accurately recorded.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll, benefits, and HR management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll, benefits, and employee data.
- Provide support during annual benefits renewals, open enrollment periods, and audits.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, and 401k programs.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
